Shauna has been a resident of South Orange County since 1989 and was licensed in the State of California in 2001. Having been born and raised in a small town in Canada, Shauna never thought she’d feel that same sense of community until she moved to this area 30 years ago. She feels so fortunate to have landed in South Orange County, where you can relax on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world or snow ski in the pristine San Bernardino Mountains. Ray Fogal
Ray was born and raised in Southern California and has lived in South Orange County now for over 30 years. Out of high school he enlisted in the Air Force and worked as a jet engine mechanic. He then went on to work in the aerospace industry on classified programs for over 12 years. In 1990 he entered into real estate appraising and had a successful career for 25 years. In 2015 he joined his wife Shauna to form the Fogal Group. Ray has extensive valuation experience with single family and multi-family real estate. Ray has completed over 7,000 real estate valuations and his expertise in the field of appraisal is a strong asset to the team.
