Tijeras Creek Area

The Tijeras Creek area is yet another beautiful area in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita. It is home to the Ted Robinson, Tijeras Creek Golf Course and clubhouse bordering the O’Neill Regional Park. The O’Neill Regional Park’s 4,500 acres are situated in beautiful Trabuco and Live Oak Canyons and and includes campgrounds and trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. There are a variety of condos and single family tract homes located on and around the beautiful golf course on both flat and hilly lands. Many of them enjoy amazing views of the Saddleback Mountains. The Tijeras Creek Golf Club, a highly-celebrated tournament-quality golf course, open to the public, features lush fairways, wooded canyons and beautiful ridge lines, an expansive grass driving range, a charming clubhouse with a fully equipped pro shop, and an attractive restaurant where everyone can enjoy breakfast and lunch. Tijeras Creek Golf Club’s 72-par course, designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson, challenges low handicappers yet is readily playable by average golfers.
